I wanted to be a teacher because I enjoy being able to help students gain some skills that will help them throughout their lives. I feel good when I have helped someone to help themselves to learn something useful.

I enjoy teaching FACS classes because our classes are the most fun. But, as all teachers want to help their students to learn skills that will help them in their future lives by gaining skills towards a career. I feel FACS classes help students with the most important job that they will ever have and that's being spouses, and parents, and caring individuals. These are the jobs that no manual comes with, no how to lessons that we find on the internet. FACS classes help our students to be better prepared for these specific jobs that take a lifetime before you feel the job is complete.
